Major project with the
Medical Clinic L'Actuel
realised by Environment Modular Starwall
In planning of renovating its administrative offices, our client had planned to modify the configuration of the offices made with drywall. Our manufacturing agent Chergo had convinced and invited this customer to visit various projects realized with Starwall in the Montreal area.
This customer was very pleased with the design of Starwall projects and upset with the usual mess and delays produced with conventional drywall.
An important criteria to select Starwall was the light in the offices and we were the best option for this project in term of design, luminosity and flexibility.
A comfortable workplace helps the concentration of employees and therefore better business performance. Another key factor was the acoustical performance achieved by the wall using double pane of glass.
Our client has selected as much glazing as possible in order to have a panoramic view for all employees and visitors on Montreal downtown. Offices located away from the exterior façade had also the view and luminosity from outside.
